The wizard takes about 3 minutes to fill in. Story options appear within seconds, you pick your favorite, read the whole story and approve your child's characters — all before you pay. After payment the illustrations are painted within a few hours, and the hardcover goes to print.

Yes. The photo is used as a reference so the illustrated hero looks consistently like your child across all pages. You can also pick gender, age, and skin tone manually if you'd rather not upload a photo.

Yes — open the book in your dashboard and tap any page to edit the text inline. Save immediately, no regeneration needed.

Yes. From the dashboard reader, request a redo on any page (optionally with a custom note like 'show the dragon from a low angle'). Previous versions stay accessible if you change your mind.

Yes — the dashboard has a 'Restart' option that re-opens the wizard with your previous answers pre-filled, so you can tweak just one or two things and regenerate.

Your photos are deleted after you approve the characters, and never kept longer than 30 days; the book is illustrated from the approved characters. Your digital book stays in your account while it's active — we recommend downloading the PDF as a backup.

Because each book is uniquely personalized, refunds aren't possible once it's been made. That's why you read the whole story and approve your child's characters before you pay anything. If something is genuinely wrong with your book, email us — we'll regenerate or fix it free.

Hardcover books are printed on demand and typically arrive within 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking link via email when the order ships.

Every package ships with track & trace and requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the delivery status and any redelivery or pickup details show up in your track & trace — no notice is left at the door.
